Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging and documentation.
- Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
- Please include the RAN with your returned item to ensure prompt processing.

Pack Your Item Securely
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any certificates or documentation.
- Ensure the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method to send your return to the address provided by our Customer Service team.
- Golden Stamp Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Process
Inspection and Processing
- Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.
- Upon approval, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
Exchanges
- If you would prefer to exchange your item for a different one, please indicate this when you contact Customer Service.
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
